The Vodafone Americas Foundation also strives to make a positive and enduring impact on the communities where our employees live and work.
We know that many of our employees are deeply connected to their communities, so we are providing an opportunity for them to make decisions to support local causes through our Employee Community Grants Program. We also support our employees by matching charitable giving initiatives with a new employee engagement platform.
In addition to hands-on involvement within the community, we recognize employees making a difference through our partnership with the Jefferson Awards, where we celebrate the great impact our employees are making in their local communities.
