Enoch Choi, MD

Dr. Enoch Choi, MD is a full time Family Physician providing same day care at Palo Alto Medical Foundation. He provides free care to the homeless as the Medical Director of Peninsula Healthcare Connection. He leads medical disaster relief trips as the Medical Director of Jordan International Aid, having led dozens of trips to the Philippines, Cambodia, Sandy, Japan, Haiti, and Katrina. He teaches, as Clinical Assistant Faculty, Internal Medicine, Stanford Medical School. His medical informatics consulting practice provides training, design,and expert witness expertise. His board involvement includes nonprofits: visibility chair of Palo Alto Community Foundation, co-chair of PAFMG Healthcare Endowment, YCIS-SV, NIH AHRQ Standing Member, Heath Technology Forum, a few startups: LiveLeaf and FosmoMed and judging panels: Tech Museum/SCU TechAwards, Vodafone Wireless Innovation Project.

Marlon Evans

Marlon Evans is CEO of GSVlabs, which provides a community and coworking space for individuals, startups, and established companies who wish to accelerate their vision. Marlon is charged with leading a team committed to solving society’s toughest problems. Prior to joining GSVlabs, Marlon served as a Director of Corporate Affairs at Hewlett ​Packard. His team implemented​ global community engagement programs, collaborating with the Stanford d.school on Ideathons and facilitating company-driven Hackathons in support of educational, health, and environmental innovation. Through his work and recognition at HP, KIPP Foundation, All Stars Helping Kids, and Playworks, Marlon remains devoted to driving community change and promoting diversity. Marlon received his BA in Political Science and MA in Sociology from Stanford University.

Amy Millington

Amy Millington is the President of the eBay Foundation. In her role as President, she oversees the Foundation’s strategic philanthropy initiative, The Opportunity Project, as well as eBay’s global employee community involvement initiatives, notably the GIVE Team program and the Green Team program. There are currently thirty-five GIVE Teams and thirty-five Green Teams responsible for coordinating employee recommended grants, promoting volunteerism, and implementing green, sustainable business practices around the globe. Amy came to eBay Foundation with a diverse range of nonprofit experience. Most recently before joining eBay, Amy worked for NetDay where she was responsible for managing the daily operations of an AmeriCorps program site in Oakland, CA. She has also worked as an analyst for a policy research firm and in asset management for an affordable housing developer. Amy received a Master in Public Policy and a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mike Sapien

Mike Sapien is responsible for Ovum’s US enterprise practice. Based in southern California, Mike is focused on North American and global enterprise telecom markets and related trends, including WAN, managed services including security and advanced voice, video and data services aimed at global MNC, large enterprise customers. His focus areas include data center services, emerging cloud and hosted services, enterprise mobility services and related product development, market launches, and channel programs. Mike’s recent work includes research into SIP trunking, UC, Cloud-Network integration, Hybrid WAN, SDN/NFV impact, data analytics, data center services, telco healthcare solutions and managed security.

Mike has over 30 years’ experience in the telecoms and Internet services industry, including executive positions at large carriers, CLEC, and a data center provider. Before joining Ovum, Mike was a consultant advising carriers, vendors, and enterprise customers on business development, marketing, and go-to-market strategies. Mike was one of the first published authors to write about ISDN applications for IT personnel. Mike is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University (BBA and MBA) and Columbia University’s executive management program.

Peters Suh

Peters Suh is director with the Vodafone Americas Foundation and has served as Wireless Innovation Project judge for several years. Peters is currently the managing partner for Pacific Oaks Partners, a wireless consulting practice. Previously, Peters was the CEO of the Wholesale Applications Community, CEO of the Joint Innovation Lab, President of Vodafone Global Enterprise Incorporated and Vodafone Ventures Limited.

Peters is a director for the Diablo Regional Arts Association and holds a B.A. and M.B.A., both from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Rebecca Wang

Rebecca Wang is a Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs at Hewlett-Packard. Rebecca is a member of the small but mighty community engagement team within HP’s Sustainability and Social Innovation team. She is responsible for employee engagement in the community for HP’s 320,000 employees around the globe. Her specific responsibilities include creating and managing the company’s global skills-based / pro bono volunteering program. Additionally, Rebecca works closely with the HP Company Foundation during times of disaster to engage employees through giving and volunteering.

Prior to joining HP in 2010, Rebecca spent several years focused on raising her children and donating her skills to her local community and the public schools her sons attend. She is very familiar with employee engagement and disaster relief in her previous role with Cisco Systems and the Cisco Systems Foundation between 2000–2007. Rebecca holds a Communications degree from UC Berkeley and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan.
